在我国汉语口语研究上具有里程碑意义的全国汉语口语研讨会,于1988年10月20日至24日在河北省沧州市举行。 中国社会科学院语言文字应用研究所副研究员陈建民、《演讲与口才》杂志主编邵守义、北京师范大学副教授张锐、北京广播学院副教授吴郁及来自全国17个省、市、自治区的70多名代表参加了大会。国家语言文字工作委员会和我国著名语言学家张志公、徐世荣、叶苍岑向大会发来了贺电、贺词。 进入80年代以来,一些省市的中等师范学校适应改革、开放的需要,相继开始了“口语训练”的教学活动。1985年春,沧州师范专科学校开全国高等师范院校之先,由原中央人民广播电台著名播音员万里副教授在该校中文系开设了“汉语口语训练”课。一些专家学者纷纷就口语问题著书立说。江苏、上海、北京、河北、湖北等师范院校大胆实践,汉语口语的教学和研究在全国逐渐形成了一个“小气候”。
The National Chinese Spoken Chinese Symposium, a milestone in the study of Chinese spoken Chinese, was held in Cangzhou, Hebei Province from October 20 to 24, 1988. Chen Jianmin, Associate Professor, Institute of Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Shao Shouyi, editor in chief of Speech and Eloquence; Zhang Rui, an associate professor at Beijing Normal University; Wu Yu, associate professor at Beijing Broadcasting Institute; and more than 70 representatives from 17 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China The General Assembly. The State Languages Commission and the famous linguists Zhang Zhigong, Xu Shirong and Ye Cangzen sent congratulatory messages and congratulations to the General Assembly. Since the 1980s, the secondary normal schools in some provinces and cities have adapted themselves to the needs of reform and opening up and have started teaching activities of “oral training” one after another. The spring of 1985, Cangzhou Teachers College to open higher normal colleges and universities, the former Central People’s Broadcasting Station famous announcer Professor Wanli Chinese Department in the school opened a “Chinese speaking training” class. Some experts and scholars have written books on oral problems. Teachers colleges and universities such as Jiangsu, Shanghai, Beijing, Hebei and Hubei boldly practiced teaching and research on spoken Chinese and gradually formed a “microclimate” nationwide.
