使用一种特殊的纳米金作为信号报告分子取代通用的荧光素、同位素等材料,研制出不利用 PCR 扩增和激光扫描仪等尖端设备就可以检测低浓度核酸的芯片和相应的检测技术,使制造出能同时检测多种病原体的专用新型芯片并实现其产业化成为可能。纳米放大型基因芯片与传统的技术相比具有设备简单,技术稳定易于掌握,灵敏度高,特异性和准确性好,应用范围广及成本低等特点,在病原体的快速检测中具有明显优势。纳米放大型基因芯片应用于卫生检疫业务将展示很大的应用前景。
Using a special nano-gold as a signal reporter to replace common fluorescein, isotope and other materials, a chip that can detect low concentration nucleic acid without using PCR amplification and laser scanner, and the corresponding detection technology are developed. It is possible to create a new dedicated chip capable of simultaneously detecting multiple pathogens and realizing its industrialization. Compared with the traditional technology, the nano-amplification gene chip has the advantages of simple equipment, stable technology and easy to master, high sensitivity, good specificity and accuracy, wide application range and low cost, and has obvious advantages in the rapid detection of pathogens. Nanometer amplification gene chip used in the health and quarantine business will show great application prospects.
