当前高职教育发展的主要动力就是校企合作,校企合作同时也是高职院校提升企业竞争力的基本途径。高职教育校企合作的参与者主要是高职院校和企业,主要将学习教育和社会经济有效融合,以优势互补来促进双方发展。当前高职教育中实施校企合作已经成为教学的趋势和重点,但是校企合作过程中还存在着很多的缺陷与不足,怎样弥补校企合作机制的不足,实现新的突破,成为高职教育中有待解决的新课题。只有构建和不断完善校企合作创新机制,才能够提高我国高职教育的教育质量。
The main driving force of the current development of higher vocational education is the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The cooperation between schools and enterprises is also the basic way for higher vocational colleges to enhance their competitiveness. The participants of higher vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation are mainly higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
