1995年3月6日至8日,博兴县湖滨镇王圈、付桥、博兴镇西河东村民,因食用从集市上购买的韭菜引起食物中毒,调查分析如下.1 流行病学调查3月6日上午,湖滨镇陈家村菜贩窦××从寿光蔬菜批发市场购进韭菜80.5kg,于当日下午在本镇付桥村销售,剩余10kg于翌日上午在本镇湾头村集市上全部售完.期间,付桥村6人、王圈村1人、博兴镇西河东村1人分别购买窦××韭菜0.5～1.0kg,4家做成韭菜水饺,2家做成韭菜鸡蛋汤,1家用韭菜炒鸡蛋,8家共17人食用,食后6h,17人相继发病,4人住院l人死亡.死者为2岁男孩,发病前健康活泼,3月8日上午9:00与其母共食韭菜炒鸡蛋,0.5h后发病,送县医院途中死亡.其母发病昏迷病危,经县医院抢救治疗脱险.2 临床表现潜伏期0.5～6h.主要症状体征有头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐、乏力、出汗、肌肉震颤、视物不清.检查住院病人,口鼻分泌物较多,瞳孔缩小、对光反应减弱或消失、肺水肿、血液胆碱酯酶降低.临床按有机磷中毒抢救治疗.住院病人3～10日内痊愈出院,其他病人就地治疗,3日内痊愈.从死者呕吐物、死者家剩余韭菜、住院病人家剩余韭菜及水饺馅中均检出1605.3 中霉原因分析流行病学调查显示.17名病人的共同食物是韭
