2010年我院N-ICU收治1例脑溢血病人,并进行气管切开,护理过程中发现金属气管外套管脱落,病人出现呼吸困难,及时在电视监控下经纤支镜取出,病人呼吸困难缓解,由于该病例比较少见和操作困难,现将临床体会汇报如下.
