在建立现代企业制度中,企业必然要对传统管理进行调整与变革,思想政治工作正是实现这个变革的保证。近年来,在加快企业经营机制转换的步伐中,一些先进的科学管理方法逐步被企业所采用,并带来了显著的经济效益。但同时也应看到,现代管理上的新思想、新理论和新方法,往往会触犯人们早已形成的习惯势力和陈规旧俗,因而在推行过程就不容易被人们所接受。要通过大量的宣传、解释工作和思想教育、引导工作,向职工传播、灌输企业管理及现代化管理意识,建立起有利于提高职工素质和人才成长的激励机制和竞争机制,激发职工斗志和奋发向上的精神,提高管理的有效性。
