为了提高农业劳动生产率,减轻劳动强度,提高单位产量,我们于1979年初,承担省、地科委下达的水稻机械化工厂育秧与中苗机插栽培技术研究课题,自行设计、安装,于年底建成机械化育秧实验工厂,1980年早稻投入生产与大田栽培试验,得到了预期效果。工厂设备与机械化设施机械化育秧工厂由加热室、绿化育秧室、遥控操作室组成。以密封保温透光为主,工厂面积75.15平方米,高3.2米,“曰”字形,钢筋水泥支柱平顶结构。座北向南,四周为大型玻璃钢窗,屋顶有6个1平方米的玻璃钢窗。绿化育秧室面积60.3平方米,其余二室只7.42平方米。育秧室的机械设施,主要围绕解决自动词换秧盘
