企业实行的“竞争上岗”选拔干部是一种现代人事制度改革,当前已趋于常态化。其目的是为企业选拔出优秀人才,促进企业发展。本文从现实出发,着重分析企业整体环境和风气,人际关系和实绩,运用辩证的方法指出企业“竞争上岗”选拔干部过程中存在的问题,并提出对策。
The implementation of “competition for posts ” selection of cadres is a modern personnel system reform, the current has become more normalized. Its purpose is to select outstanding talents for the enterprise and promote the development of the enterprise. Based on the reality, this paper focuses on analyzing the overall environment and ethos, interpersonal relationship and actual performance of enterprises, and points out the problems existing in the process of selecting the cadres by using the method of dialectics and puts forward some countermeasures.
