目的探讨Bcl-2、PTEN和P53基因在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测96例非小细胞肺癌组织中Bcl-2、PTEN和P53蛋白的表达。结果⑴96例非小细胞肺癌组织中Bcl-2、PTEN和P53蛋白阳性表达总的阳性率分别为59.4%(57/96)、52.1%(50/96)和60.4%(58/96)。⑵Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达在肺癌病理分级组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与肺癌P-TNM分期组间比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。⑶PTEN、P53蛋白的阳性表达在肺癌P-TNM分期及淋巴结转移组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),PTEN在肺癌病理分级组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Bcl-2、PTEN和P53基因在非小细胞肺癌的组织发生发展起着重要作用,三种基因蛋白产物的检测对非小细胞肺癌患者的预后评估有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2, PTEN and P53 in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological prognosis. Methods The expression of Bcl-2, PTEN and P53 in 96 non-small cell lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results (1) The positive rates of Bcl-2, PTEN and P53 in 96 non-small cell lung cancer tissues were 59.4% (57/96), 52.1% (50/96) and 60.4% (58/96) respectively. (2) The positive expression of Bcl-2 protein in lung cancer pathological grading group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); and lung cancer P-TNM staging group, the difference was also statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive expression of PTEN and P53 protein in lung cancer P-TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were significantly different (P <0.01), PTEN in lung cancer pathological grading group difference was also statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Bcl-2, PTEN and P53 genes play important roles in the tissue development of non-small cell lung cancer. The detection of three gene protein products has positive significance in the prognosis evaluation of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
