在高中数学课堂教学中,尤其在新课标理念的指导下,如何面对学习水平参差不齐的学生,促使全体学生获得良好发展,落实素质教育目标,这是当前学校课堂教学改革面临的一个突出课题。我校数学组从去年开始尝试分层教学,探索在学生学习能力显著差异的班里如何提高教学质量,落实素质教育。虽然目前处于实验阶段,但一年的教学实践表明:分层教学能优化课堂教学结构,面向全体学生,开发学生潜能,大面积提高教学
