通过水稻、玉米、小麦的田间和盆栽试验,研究喷施不同浓度的农用稀土对农作物的分蘖和孕穗期植株体内酶的活性、氨基酸含量及籽粒蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉的含量。结果表明:①过氧化物酶在三种作物中除玉米表现增加外,水稻、小麦有增有减没有规律可循;②硝酸还原酶、多酚氧化酶的活性均有所增强,所测17种氨基酸中绝大数表现增加,少数表现下降趋势;③籽粒中蛋白质、淀粉、脂肪的含量增加较明显。证明了农作物喷施稀土改善了作物的品质。
Through field and pot experiments of rice, corn and wheat, the effects of spraying different concentrations of agricultural rare earth on crop tillering and booting enzyme activity, amino acid content and grain protein, fat and starch content were studied. The results showed that: (1) Except for the increase of maize peroxidase in three kinds of crops, the increase and decrease of rice and wheat did not follow the regular pattern; (2) The activities of nitrate reductase and polyphenol oxidase increased, Amino acids in the vast majority of performance increased, a few showed a downward trend; ③ grain protein, starch, fat content increased significantly. It proved that crop spraying rare earth improved crop quality.
