目的:介绍转换曲线分光光度法同时测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中头孢氨苄和甲氧苄啶含量的方法。方法:按配对t实验设计,考察了转换曲线分光光度法和提取分光光度法对测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊含量的影响。结果:头孢氨苄与甲氧苄啶的配对t值分别为0.548和0.1241,说明两种分析方法的测定结果无统计学差异(P>0.5),但转换曲线分光光度法可显著提高分析速度。结论:转换曲线分光光度法可代替提取分光光度法用于复方头孢氨苄胶囊的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce a method for simultaneous determination of cefalexin and trimethoprim in compound cephalexin by the conversion curve spectrophotometry. Methods: According to the paired t experimental design, the effects of conversion curve spectrophotometry and extraction spectrophotometry on the determination of compound cephalexin capsule were investigated. Results: The paired t values of cefalexin and trimethoprim were 0.548 and 0.1241, respectively, indicating no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.5), but the conversion curve spectrophotometry Significantly increase the speed of analysis. Conclusion: Conversion curve spectrophotometry can replace the extraction spectrophotometry for the determination of compound cephalexin capsules.
