一辆捷达轿车,发动机怠速不稳,排气管冒黑烟。驾驶员反映该车近期油耗增加。检查排除:该车系一汽大众90年代后期产品,装有20气门4缸发动机,采用较新型的M3.8.2全电子控制点火和Motronic多点燃油喷射系统。接通点火开关,发动机起动后故障指示灯不熄灭,利用该车的自诊断系统,调出故障代码为00525,属氧传感器故障。起动发动机使其升至正常工作温度。用高阻数字万用表测得氧传感器(图1)插座处电压为0V,初步诊断为氧传感器损坏,于是换用新传感器,但故障依旧,说明故障并不在氧传感器。
A Jetta sedan, the engine idle speed instability, exhaust pipe black smoke. The driver reflects the car fuel consumption increased recently. Check Exclusion: The FAW-Volkswagen car in the late 90s products, equipped with 20-valve four-cylinder engine, using the newer M3.8.2 electronic ignition and Motronic multi-point fuel injection system. Turn on the ignition switch, the engine indicator light does not go out after the start of the car, the use of the car’s self-diagnostic system, call out the fault code 00525, oxygen sensor failure. Start the engine to raise it to normal operating temperature. Oxygen sensor with a high resistance digital multimeter (Figure 1) socket voltage 0V, the initial diagnosis of oxygen sensor damage, so for a new sensor, but the fault persists, the fault is not in the oxygen sensor.
