隐性乳腺癌（occult breast cancer）是指临床上无乳房病变体征，而以腋窝淋巴结转移或其他远位（如锁骨上淋巴结）转移为首发症状，并经病理证实来源于乳腺组织的乳腺癌。我院1998-2005年共收治隐性乳腺癌8例，现报道如下。
