在早期时候,一位著名的美国心理学家最先提出了目标设定理论,并在对其进行更加深入的研究探索以后,随即提出了一种全新的激励理论。该理论一经提出后,就在业内引起了巨大的轰动与热议,并且相关研究学者也纷纷对这一理论进行了不断的创新与发展,使得理论内容变得更加丰富、多样化,形成了更加完整的激励理论,目前已经在很多管理领域中得到了十分广泛的应用,其中,体育领域也在对目标设定理论进行了深入的探究。为此,笔者就对目标设定理论视阈下的体育教学进行了详细的论述,从而得出以下相关结论,以供参考。
