据报载,自今年11月中旬开始,位于山东省临沂市的大型化工集团——山东恒通化工股份有限公司在各单位设立了“谈心室”,“营业”后“生意”特别火爆。谈心室由各单位管理人员轮流值班,每天开放2小时,员工们可以前来畅谈自己工作中的感受、思想上的动态、家庭中的困难以及单位管理工作中存在的不足,公司将根据实际情况给予解决。同时,为了使谈心工作得到真正落实,该公司还专门建立健全了谈心制度和监督机制。读后,笔者不禁为该公司的明智之举叫好。
