通过分析国内某CAL连续退火炉RQ冷却设备的结构形式和工作原理,运用传热学原理,分析研究了RQ冷却能力计算模型及其影响因素,计算结果用于指导RQ系统结构设计及生产运行参数选择等。
By analyzing the structure and working principle of RQ cooling equipment in a certain CAL continuous annealing furnace in China, the calculation model of RQ cooling capacity and its influencing factors are analyzed and studied by using the heat transfer principle. The calculation results are used to guide RQ system structural design and production operation parameters Choice and so on.
