编辑同志:我们与公司的劳动合同中都明确约定,如果我们的生产量超过一定数额,公司将按超过部分的数量,以月为单位支付超产奖。近4个月来,由于公司销售环节出现问题,导致产品大量积压,资金回收日益困难,以至于我们无法按时领取超产奖。在我们的一再要求下,为处理滞销产品,又能兑现承诺,公司决定强行用产品折抵我们的超产奖。因遭我们拒绝,公司又以超产奖并非工资为由,要求我们要么接受,要么允许拖延。请问,以产品代奖金的做法合法吗?
