为了研究氮肥施用水平对新疆地区苜蓿营养生长和产量品质的影响,试验采用田间小区随机区组排列设计,设4个施氮水平,T_1水平为对照,不施氮,T_2~T_4水平分别施氮37.5,75.0,112.5 kg/hm~2,按照苜蓿刈割时期测定苜蓿株高、根瘤数量、产量、粗蛋白和粗纤维指标。结果表明:适当施用氮肥可以显著促进苜蓿的营养生长并提高产量品质,其中施氮量为75.0 kg/hm~2时苜蓿年总产草量显著提高(P<0.05);施用氮肥显著提高了苜蓿粗蛋白含量和苜蓿的营养品质(P<0.05)。说明新疆地区苜蓿种植全年合理施氮量以37.5~75.0 kg/hm~2为宜。
In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer application on alfalfa vegetative growth and yield and quality in Xinjiang region, the experiment was based on the randomized block arrangement design of field plot. Four nitrogen levels, T_1 level as control, no nitrogen and T_2 ~ T_4 levels were applied nitrogen 37.5,75.0,112.5 kg / hm ~ 2. The alfalfa plant height, nodule number, yield, crude protein and crude fiber index were determined according to the cutting period of alfalfa.
