油茶种子园的建立是当前油茶生产中的一项基本建设,是实现油茶栽培良种化的一项十分重要的技术措施。但是,种子园建立之后,并非万事大吉,为了促进油茶种子园中的林木提早开花结实,实现高产隐产还必须加强对种子园的经营管理工作,其主要措施有下列几项:
