锻压是机械制造业的基本工艺方法一,至今已有两千多年的历史。近三十年来,国内外锻压工艺发生了重大变革,除传统的锻压工艺向着高精度,高质量的方向发展外,又出现了许多省力加工方法。为进一步推广锻压新工艺、新技术,从本期起将开辟锻压新技术讲座,请河北机电学院崔世强副教授上讲。主要将已在生产中应用的一些新工艺、新技术介绍给读者。鉴于挤压、摆动辗压,精密冲载等工艺在本刊已做过较详细的介绍和报道,故不再重复。本讲座只对各种新工艺、新技术的基本原理、工艺特点、过程及应用范围所用设备等内容作以介绍。读者若需深入了解和掌握,请查阅有关书籍和文献。
