2003年8月10到10月10日,在上海水产大学南汇养殖场室内水泥池内采用单因子浓度梯度法,以基础饲料为对照组,分别以0.05%0、.10%0、.15%剂量的木聚糖酶或复合酶制剂PS添加到基础饲料中,饲养尼罗罗非鱼(32.65±4.16 g),60 d后测定鱼体的生长性能指标、蛋白质消化率和鱼体背肌的基本营养成分。结果表明(:1)随着木聚糖酶添加浓度的增加,尼罗罗非鱼的生长性能、蛋白质消化率先上升后略有下降,0.1%时达到最大值;(2)随着复合酶制剂PS添加浓度的增加,尼罗罗非鱼的生长性能、蛋白质消化率呈上升趋势,但当添加量达0.15%时上升缓慢。(3)饲料中添加木聚糖酶或复合酶制剂PS对鱼体肌肉营养成分没有影响。因此,饲料中添加木聚糖酶和复合酶制剂PS能显著促进尼罗罗非鱼的生长和营养物质的利用,但并未改变鱼体肌肉的营养组成。木聚糖酶或复合酶制剂PS在尼罗罗非鱼饲料中的的适宜添加量是0.1%或0.15%。
From August 10, 2003 to October 10, single factor concentration gradient method was used in the indoor cement pool of Nanhui farms in Shanghai Fisheries University. The basal diet was used as the control group, with 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15% Xylanase or complex enzyme preparation PS was added into the basal diet to raise the nile tilapia (32.65 ± 4.16 g). After 60 days, the growth performance index, protein digestibility and the basal nutrient content. The results showed that: (1) With the increase of xylanase concentration, the growth performance and protein digestibility of Nile tilapia decreased slightly and reached the maximum at 0.1%; (2) With the increase of xylanase concentration, The growth performance and protein digestibility of Nile tilapia increased with the increase of PS concentration, but increased slowly when the addition level reached 0.15%. (3) The addition of xylanase or complex enzyme PS in the feed had no effect on the nutritional content of muscle in the fish. Therefore, adding xylanase and compound enzyme PS to feed significantly promoted the growth of Nile tilapia and the utilization of nutrients, but did not change the nutritional composition of fish muscle. The suitable addition amount of xylanase or complex enzyme preparation PS in Nile tilapia feed is 0.1% or 0.15%.
