目的:研究桑科波罗蜜属植物二色波罗蜜根的化学成分。方法:利用正/反相硅胶、MCI CHP-20P树脂、HP-20大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、Toyopearl HW-40C凝胶柱色谱技术和高压制备色谱技术分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质和NMR波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从二色波罗蜜根中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:对羟基苯甲酸(1)、丁香酸(2)、2,4-二羟基苯甲醛(3)、(+)-lyoniresinol(4)、5,5’-二甲氧基开环异落叶松脂素(5)、丁香脂素(6)、东莨菪内酯(7)、xylarolide(8)和反式氧化白黎芦醇(9)。结论:其中,化合物2、5、6、8为首次从该科植物中分离得到,化合物1、4、7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3和9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Polyporus honeycomb Methods: Compounds were separated and purified by using silica gel, MCI CHP-20P resin, HP-20 macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20 gel, Toyopearl HW-40C column chromatography and high pressure preparative chromatography. And NMR spectroscopy to identify the structure of the compound. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the roots of Pollock honey and identified as p - hydroxybenzoic acid (1), syringic acid (2), 2,4 - dihydroxybenzaldehyde (3), 4), 5,5’-dimethoxy ring opened isolauzein (5), syringalin (6), scopoletin (7), xylarolide (8) and trans-oxidation resveratrol ( 9). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2, 5, 6 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 4 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time .
