对单味活血化瘀中药或其有效成分提取物在干预肾纤维化的实验研究方面进行了综述,发现单味活血化瘀中药及其提取物能通过多种途径减轻肾脏病理损害,改善肾脏纤维化,进而延缓肾功能衰竭进程。显示了单味活血化瘀中药在抗肾纤维化方面的良好疗效,体现中医药抗肾纤维化的优势。
This article reviewed the experimental research on intervention of renal fibrosis with Chinese herbal medicine or its active ingredient extracts. It was found that single Chinese herbs and their extracts can reduce kidney pathological damage and improve renal fiber through various ways. And then delay the progress of renal failure. It shows the good effect of Chinese herbal medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of renal fibrosis, and shows the advantages of Chinese medicine against kidney fibrosis.
