本文综合了国外七十年代的资料,结合笔者两次去美国学习时所见,探讨了航空测温传感器的发展。其特点是从分析现代航空发动机的发展要求出发,来研究航空测温传感器应满足的主要测温要求。在回顾比较近十年来发展各类测温传感器的基础上,着重提出作为当前航空测温传感器基本形式的热电偶传感器尚有存在和进一步发展的必要,其主要方向是铠装化。至于今后航空高温测量的传感器,笔者认为应着重发展辐射式测温计。达些分析已被采纳,经航空工业部批准纳入工厂研制计划付诸实施。
This article synthesizes the data of the seventies in foreign countries, combined with the author’s double study in the United States, discusses the development of aviation temperature sensor. Its characteristics are from the analysis of the development requirements of modern aeroengine to study the main temperature measurement requirements of aviation temperature sensor. On the basis of reviewing the recent development of various types of temperature sensors in recent ten years, it is emphasized that thermocouple sensors as the basic form of current aviation temperature sensors still exist and need to be further developed. The main direction is the armorization. As for the future of high-temperature aerospace sensors, I believe that should focus on the development of radiation thermometers. Some of the analyzes have been adopted and implemented by the Ministry of Aeronautical Industry for inclusion in the plant development plan.
