This paper analyzes the current junior high school English writing teaching design in the cultivation of students ’thinking quality deficiencies, and proposes through teaching design and teaching design process of students’ thinking quality meticulous analysis. First, the current junior high school English writing teaching design in the quality of thinking there is lack of writing teaching is an important part of junior high school English teaching. At present, there are such problems as the poor language in the writing, the empty and superficial language, the same mechanical structure, the fallacious logic disorder and the rigid thinking.
