通过采用热轧+正火工艺,鞍钢试制生产了核电站安全壳钢衬里用20HR-B钢板。经正火处理后,20HR-B钢板的显微组织为均匀细小的铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度级别为9级,带状组织较轻,力学性能得到改善,室温最低抗拉强度为485 MPa,-20℃冲击功大于75J,高温拉伸和冷弯性能优良,均满足RCC-M标准要求。
Through the use of hot-rolled + normalizing process, Anshan Iron and Steel trial production and manufacture of steel containment steel liner with 20HR-B steel. After normalizing treatment, the microstructure of 20HR-B steel is uniform and fine ferrite and pearlite, the grain size grade is 9, the ribbon structure is lighter, the mechanical properties are improved, the lowest tensile strength at room temperature is 485 MPa, impact energy at -20 ℃ is greater than 75J, high tensile and cold bending performance, meet the RCC-M standard requirements.
