在实验室将重油进行乳化,测定不同温度下重油乳化前后的表面张力、界面张力和粘度等物性数据的变化。结果表明,在相同温度下,乳化油的表面张力略小于原料油的表面张力,在60~90℃范围内,差值小于1mN/m,随温度上升两者差值减小;乳化油油水界面张力与原料油表面张力相比,下降幅度在67.0%~87.7%之间;乳化油的粘度略高于原料油,其差值随温度提高而减小。
The heavy oil was emulsified in the laboratory, and the changes of physical property data such as surface tension, interfacial tension and viscosity before and after heavy oil emulsification at different temperatures were measured. The results show that at the same temperature, the surface tension of the emulsified oil is slightly less than the surface tension of the raw oil, the difference is less than 1mN / m in the range of 60-90 ℃, the difference between the two decreases with increasing temperature; Compared with the raw material oil, the tension decreases by 67.0% ~ 87.7%. The viscosity of the emulsified oil is slightly higher than that of the feed oil, and the difference decreases with increasing temperature.
