在构建和谐社会的过程中,廉租房法律制度的健全与否直接关系到我国住房保障制度是否完善,中国政府目前就这个问题制定了一些部门规章和地方性法规,但由于立法层次较低,同时廉租房立法起步较晚,因此在实际运行中出现了一些问题,本文通过对我国廉租房法律制度的现状进行评析和对国外经验的借鉴的基础上提出对该制度予以完善的相关建议。
In the process of building a harmonious society, whether the legal system of low-rent housing is sound or not is directly related to the perfection of China’s housing security system. At present, the Chinese government has formulated some departmental rules and local laws and regulations on this issue. However, due to the low level of legislation, At the same time, the legislation of low-rent housing started relatively late, so some problems appeared in the actual operation. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the legal system of low-rent housing in our country and the reference to foreign experience, this paper proposed some suggestions to improve this system .
