一、问题:企业职工价值取向出现扭曲现象 1、人生理想日趋现实化,部分职工价值观呈现“实用主义”倾向。这部分职工对现实政治的态度比较淡漠,缺乏坚定正确的理想信念。 2、多元经济日趋复杂化,部分职工价值观呈现“拜金主义”倾向。这部分职工利己主义严重,对金钱有强烈的追求和占有欲。 3、市场竞争日趋激烈化,部分职工价值观呈现“个人主义”倾向。这部分职工面对企业的困难局面,不是与企业“同命运,共患难”,而是“不辞而别”,“走为上策”。

This part of the workers is very egoistic and has a strong pursuit of money and possessiveness. 3, increasingly fierce market competition, some employee values showing “individualism” tendency. This part of the workers face the difficult situation of the enterprise, not with the enterprise, “the same fate, a total of difficulties,” but “quit” and “take the best policy.”
