文章针对新型农村合作医疗县级统筹的管理机制,分析定点医院在县级统筹运行中的工作难点,以及参合农民受益公平性差异等问题,结合该地区工作实际,积极探索定点医院新农合管理策略,重点突出以人为本的服务机制、深化政策的培训机制、基金稽查的管理机制,并建议提高统筹层次,加快制度衔接与整合,以不断促进新农合工作的健康持续发展。
According to the management mechanism at the county-level co-ordination of the new rural cooperative medical system, this paper analyzes the difficulties of the fixed-point hospitals in the county-level co-ordination operation and the issues such as the fairness difference of benefiting the peasants. Based on the actual work in this area, Strategy, focusing on people-oriented service mechanism, deepening the policy training mechanism, the fund management mechanism of inspection, and proposed to improve co-ordination level, accelerate the convergence and integration of the system in order to continuously promote the healthy and sustainable development of new rural cooperative medical work.
