党的十七届五中全会指出,实现“十二五”时期我国经济社会发展目标任务,必须紧紧依靠广大人民群众,必须加强和改进新形势下群众工作。近期,党和国家领导人也在不同场合强调,要做好新形势下的群众工作。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out: To achieve the goal of our country’s economic and social development in the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, we must rely firmly on the broad masses of the people and must strengthen and improve the masses’ work in the new situation. Recently, the party and state leaders have also stressed on different occasions that mass work in the new situation should be done well.
