《公司法》自七月一日正式实施以来受到了社会各界人士的普遍关注。有读者反映,《公司法》条文较原则,《公司登记管理条例》一般读者也很难看到,希望能看到一目了然的有关公司设立条件的文章。另有读者问,是否两个人就能开办公司?回答是肯定的,两个以上的共同投资人可以申办公司,但同时必须具备其他要件。根据《公司法》的规定,今后凡新开办公司都以有限责任公司和股份有限公司的形式设立,本期我们请参与《公司登记管理条例》的起草工作、国家工商局企业注册局周石平同志谈谈设立有限责任公司的条件和程序。
