First, the importance and urgency of protecting natural resources Natural environment and natural resources are the basis of human life and social prosperity. Due to the changes of long-term natural history and the impact of human social and economic activities, the natural environment on which mankind depends is deteriorating. Natural resources Is decreasing. The issue of the protection of natural resources has become one of the most internationally-concerned global issues since the 1970s. The United Nations held a conference on human environment in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1972, when it signed five conventions on nature conservation. On March 5, 1980, the capitals of more than 20 countries, including our own, announced the Outline for the Conservation of the World’s Natural Resources at the same time.
