本文报导大鼠长期吸入二硫化碳(CS_2)对心肌酶活性的影响。实验用80只大鼠,雌雄均有,分4组,每组20只。第1、2和3组大鼠吸入CS_2,分别为200±1.4、100±1.2和50±2.1 mg/m~3。第4组为对照。每天染毒8小时,连续5个月。实验结束,断头处死。取大鼠心肌,以生理盐水制成匀浆(1∶10),6,000转/分离15分钟,测定下列各酶活性:三磷酸腺苷酶,葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶,果糖-1,6-二磷酸酶,乳酸脱氢酶,琥珀酸脱氢酶,柠檬酸脱氢酶同功酶,谷氨酸脱氢酶,苹果酸脱氢酶,葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶。实验结果表明,低浓度CS_2(50±2.1 mg/
