不应该用“吨百公里耗电量”指标,而是应该限定百公里消耗多少电,用这个指标可能更有利于推动节能减排目标的实现。我不是搞汽车的,主要研究的领域是电池。吨百公里耗电量指标是什么出发点?我不清楚,从表面上来看很科学、很合理,但车子重了,电池要装得多、耗电量大,要用比较客观的衡量方法。实际上这是鼓励导向的问题。在我们国家发展电动汽车的目的是什么?节能减排是最主要的目的。
