中国加入WTO已经指日可待。入世后我国的利用外资将进入一个新的发展阶段,我国吸引外商投资的宏观经济环境将有非常大的改观,吸引外商投资的政策、法律环境将更趋宽松,限制将明显减少,外商投资的领域将进一步开放,应该说对我国扩大利用外资是一个很好的发展机遇。加入WTO对我国利用外资的影响加入WTO对我国利用外资是机遇也是挑战,但总的来说,机遇大于挑战,有利于我国扩大利用外资的规模。 (一)加入WTO,外资在电信、金融、商业流通等服务贸易领域将有一个比较大的扩展空间。电信业方面——电信行业是我国目前发展最为迅速的产业之一,也是外商最为关注、吸引外资潜力最大的一个服务贸易领域。在中
