黄梅戏原名黄梅调,其滥觞可追溯至清代乾隆年间。乾隆五十一年(1786)长江中下游一带发生水灾,湖北黄梅一带的灾民纷纷流落到安庆的宿松、望江一带,靠卖唱维生。在此过程中,来自湖北的黄梅调在安庆府各县逐渐流传开来,并与安庆地区的俗曲、歌舞融合,发展成具有浓郁安庆地方特色的生活小戏,时称“采茶戏”或“采茶
Huangmei opera formerly known as Huangmei tune, its origins can be traced back to the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty. In the 51st year of Qianlong (1786) floods occurred in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and flood victims in Huangmei City, Hubei Province, have dwelling on Susong and Anjiang Rivers in Anqing one after another, living by singing and singing. In the process, the Huangmei tune from Hubei Province gradually spreads in the Anqing Prefecture counties and merges with the vulgar song and dance in the Anqing region to develop into a live-action drama with rich local features of Anqing, sometimes called ”tea-picking opera“ or ”Picking tea
