本文根据必要的假设,建立起蜗杆凸轮机构从动件系统的振动模型。利用杜哈美积分和振型叠加原理导出双自由度模型输出端的动态响应公式,分析各结构参数对动态响应的影响。通过对实际机构的计算和测试,证实振动模型与实际系统比较接近,导出的响应公式具有一定的实用价值,从而为设计和进一步研究蜗杆凸轮机构打下了基础。
Based on the necessary assumptions, this paper establishes the vibration model of the follower system of worm cam mechanism. The dynamic response formula of the output of the two-degree-of-freedom model was derived by using the Duhamelian integral and mode superposition principle, and the influence of each structural parameter on the dynamic response was analyzed. Through the calculation and testing of the actual mechanism, it is proved that the vibration model is close to the actual system. The derived response formula has some practical value, which lays the foundation for the design and further study of the worm cam mechanism.
