目的比较连续板式超滤与间歇板式超滤在头孢菌素C发酵液过滤提纯中的效果。方法进行30批连续板式超滤与间歇板式超滤的对比试验。结果表明连续式板式超滤分离头孢菌素C发酵液具有膜污染程度小,清洗后膜通量易恢复,滤液质量好、滤液单位均一等优势。结论连续板式超滤更适应头孢菌素C的过滤分离及与后续提取工艺的整合。
Objective To compare the effects of continuous plate ultrafiltration and intermittent plate ultrafiltration in the filtration and purification of cephalosporin C fermentation broth. Methods 30 batches of continuous plate ultrafiltration and intermittent plate ultrafiltration comparative test. The results showed that continuous plate ultrafiltration separation of cephalosporin C fermentation broth with a small degree of membrane fouling, membrane flux easy to recover after washing, the filtrate quality is good, the filtrate unit is uniform and other advantages. Conclusion Continuous plate ultrafiltration is more suitable for the filtration and separation of cephalosporin C and the integration with the subsequent extraction process.
