通过室内菌丝生长抑制率测定和孢子萌发抑制率测定得到抑霉唑、吡唑·醚菌酯、啶菌唑、咪鲜胺和苯醚甲环唑等5种杀菌剂对葡萄灰霉病病菌灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)的室内毒力值。结果表明,5种杀菌剂对葡萄灰霉病病菌菌丝和孢子均有抑制作用,但抑制效果存在一定差异,两种测定方法 EC50值均<1μg/mL的是咪鲜胺,葡萄灰霉病对咪鲜胺最敏感,可作为治疗和保护药剂在生产中使用,菌丝生长抑制率测定法EC50值<1μg/mL的是啶菌唑和苯醚甲环唑,可作为葡萄灰霉病的治疗药剂在生产中使用。
