我国高等教育体制的改革为高校学生管理工作提出了新的挑战,而正视当前学生管理工作中的变化及问题,积极转变工作理念与管理思路,从学生的思维模式及生活、学习方面来促进学生的全面成长,是当前高校学生管理工作的重心和归宿。生本理念将以学生为本作为人才培养的指导思路,并通过分析学生的需求,从教育规律及成长规律上尊重学生的身心发展特点,从而为促进学生工作的改善提出积极的改革对策和建议。
