用血浆凝块法检查23例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的骨髓粒-单核祖细胞(CFU-GM)体外生长特点,并与正常骨髓进行比较。MDS的CFU-GM集落产率明显低于正常,且从RA→RAEB→RAEBt逐渐减少;集簇/集落比值明显增高,并有逐渐增高趋势。结果表明,MDS是造血干(祖)细胞缺陷所致的克隆性疾病。认为,骨髓CFU-GM的培养对MDS的诊断、分型及与其它骨髓增生性疾病鉴别有一定意义。
The in vitro growth characteristics of bone marrow mononuclear progenitor cells (CFU-GM) from 23 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were examined by plasma clot method and compared with normal bone marrow. The CFU-GM colony yield in MDS was significantly lower than normal, and gradually decreased from RA → RAEB → RAEBt. The cluster / colony ratio was significantly increased and gradually increased. The results show that MDS is a clonal disease caused by defects of hematopoietic stem (progenitor) cells. That the bone marrow CFU-GM of the diagnosis of MDS, classification and identification of other myeloproliferative diseases of some significance.
