党员在党内处于何种地位,不仅直接反映党内民主水平,还决定政党的先进程度。党的十七大报告明确提出了党员主体地位,为进一步推进党的建设新的伟大工程提供了深度思考和探索空间。本文主要是围绕党员民主权利的落实,探求改革开放以来党员地位在党内民主探索中的转变。对重新重视党员地位转为尊重和保障党员主体地位的完整蜕变过程进行考察和思考,这对我党继续落实党员主体地位具有重要意义。
Party members in the party in what position, not only directly reflects the level of democracy within the party, but also determines the advanced level of political parties. The report of the 17th CPC National Congress clearly put forward the party’s main body status and provided a space for deep thinking and exploration for further promoting the great new project of party building. This article mainly focuses on the implementation of the party members ’democratic rights and explores the change of party members’ status in the exploration of inner-party democracy since the reform and opening up. It is of great significance for our party to continue to implement the party’s main body status by examining and thinking on the process of re-emphasizing the position of the party members in the process of respecting and safeguarding the complete transformation of party members.
