校风是指学校的整体风气,它是一所学校全体师生的思想、道德、纪律、作风以及治学态度与精神风貌的综合反映和外在表现,是学校的教风、学风、领导作风和其他作风的总和。优良的校风一旦形成,便可成为一种无形的教育力量,像一根无形的纤索,牵引着师生不断前行,成为激励广大师生奋发向上的推动力和努力拼搏的战斗力。相反,如果校风不良,那就会失去学校师德建设的精神支柱,很难把学校办好。有人曾经抽象地总结出这样一个公式:
