本文比较了不同尺寸规格的试样在不同跨距时得到的静弯曲试验载荷-位移曲线,以图寻求清晰表达脆性材料微小塑性差别的弯曲试验方法。试验表明,厚度小而宽厚比≥5的小型试样三点弯曲试验是有利的。文中还推荐了适用于钢结硬质合金的弯曲试验试样。
In this paper, the load-displacement curve of static bending test at different spans of different sizes is compared in order to seek the bending test method which can clearly express the difference of small plasticity of brittle material. Trials have shown that small three-point bending tests of small specimens with thicknesses ≥5 are advantageous. The paper also recommends the bending test specimen suitable for steel cemented carbide.
