目的探讨分析早期血清酶活性变化与新生儿缺氧窒息程度的相关性。方法 2010年1月至2012年12月,本院NICU共收治新生儿窒息121例,其中轻度窒息72例,重度窒息49例,动态观察患儿血清酶活性变化,比较两组患儿体内血清酶水平的变化情况。结果轻度窒息组和重度窒息组患儿血清酶AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB均值重度窒息组较轻度窒息组增高,两组患儿LDH、CK-MB均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息可致其体内血清酶活性增高,且增高程度与窒息程度有一定的关联性,但还需进一步动态观察。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes of early serum enzyme activities and the degree of neonatal hypoxemic asphyxia. Methods From January 2010 to December 2012, 121 cases of neonatal asphyxia were treated in our NICU, including 72 cases of mild asphyxia and 49 cases of severe asphyxia. The changes of serum enzyme activities in children were observed dynamically. Changes in enzyme levels. Results The levels of AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB in severe asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group were higher than those in mild asphyxia group, and there was significant difference between the two groups <0.05). Conclusion Neonatal asphyxia can lead to the increase of serum enzyme activity in the body, and the degree of asphyxia is related to the degree of asphyxia. However, further dynamic observation is needed.
