采用薄层色谱法对瘢痕涂膜中五倍子、苦参、冰片、甘草等成分进行鉴别，薄层扫描法测定丹参酮 Ⅱ_Ａ的含量，加样回收率为 ９５．４％，ＲＳＤ＝２．１％（ｎ＝６）。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify the composition of gall nut, Sophora flavescens, Borneol, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch etc. The content of tanshinone II_A was determined by TLC scanning. The recovery rate was 95.4% and the RSD was 2.1% ( n=6).
