随着短波通信技术的不断发展和对数据通信需求的不断提升,一种将无线短波链路接入IP核心网的短波异构网逐渐成为下一代短波网络的重要发展趋势。针对短波异构网在用户优选接入基站的过程中存在扫描时间长、选频实时性差的问题,提出了一种动态的频率选择机制,通过引入k-means算法对用户在同一地点的历史选频数据进行聚类分析,使得用户能够根据入网时间动态地确定需要扫描哪些频率,缩短了用户优选接入基站的时间,保证了所选取接入频率实时性和准确性,从而提高通信质量。
With the continuous development of short-wave communication technology and the ever-increasing demand for data communication, a short-wave heterogeneous network connecting the wireless short-wave link to the IP core network has gradually become an important trend of the next-generation short-wave network.
