本文对我国管道运输在综合运输体系中的地位和作用进行了分析。提出管道运输在我国综合运输体系中的地位有待进一步提高,建议加快管道运输网络体系和管道运输法规体系建设,并加强对全国管道网络建设规划的统筹。
This article analyzes the status and role of pipeline transportation in the integrated transport system in our country. It is suggested that the status of pipeline transportation in China’s comprehensive transportation system needs to be further improved. It is suggested to speed up the construction of the pipeline transportation network system and pipeline transportation regulation system and to enhance the co-ordination of the national pipeline network construction planning.
